Throughout the years we had focused on making our mission critical infrastructure energy efficient. Today we can no longer ignore the issues that are occurring because of climate change. The task at hand for Facilities and Data Center Operators to put procedures in place around data center staffing to handle the effects of extreme weather events more efficiently. They are also reconsidering their power and cooling infrastructure as well as multiple disaster recovery sites.
