• Federal Technology Consultant | Full Time

  Clinton Township, MI

  JEM Tech Group is seeking a Federal Technology Consultant to help grow and support our federal business through relationship development, technology sales and federal contract administration. We are looking for someone who is motivated to build relationships, develop opportunities and learn. Federal or technology experience is valuable, but we are open to candidates who have the skills and drive to grow into the position.

  Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with federal customers, understand their requirements and identify opportunities for JEM's technology solutions.
  • Identify and pursue federal solicitations, RFQs, RFPs and other opportunities.
  • Administer JEM's federal contracts and associated requirements.
  • Work with manufacturers and partners on solutions, pricing and opportunity development.
  • Manage customer activity, opportunities and follow-up through the CRM.
  • Collaborate with JEM's internal teams throughout the sales and contract process.
  • Represent JEM at customer meetings, federal events and industry activities.
  Preferred Experience:
  • Federal sales, government contracting or related experience is a plus.
  • Technology, IT infrastructure or solution-based sales experience is a plus.
  Skills & Attributes:

  • Organized, self-directed and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and federal processes.
  • Ability to travel and attend customer meetings, events, and activities at federal and military facilities.

• Marketing Assistant | Part Time

  Clinton Township, MI

  JEM Tech Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day execution of our marketing activities. This position will work closely with the Marketing Specialist and assist with email campaigns, CRM management, lead and market research, social media, marketing materials, events, and coordination with internal team members and vendor partners. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and is comfortable balancing marketing activities with research, database management, communication, and administrative tasks.

  Position Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the setup and execution of email marketing campaigns and maintain company, contact, lead, and opportunity information within Maximizer CRM
  • Research companies, contacts, industry news, and potential leads to support marketing and sales activities
  • Assist with growing JEM's LinkedIn presence and professional network, including company leadership accounts
  • Assist with creating, formatting, scheduling, and publishing social media content
  • Prepare, format, and organize marketing materials, presentations, documents, and company communications
  • Assist with webinars, trade shows, events, and other marketing initiatives
  • Communicate and coordinate with JEM team members and vendor partners to support marketing activities and projects
  • Provide support for additional marketing projects and initiatives as needed
  Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, and contact information
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Ability to research companies, contacts, and information online
  • Comfortable learning new software and marketing tools
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently after training
